Spiro man pleads guilty

MUSKOGEE – The United States attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Oklah0ma announced that Christopher Joe Knight, 42, of Spiro, pleaded guilty to Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

The Indictment alleged that on Dec. 26, 2022, Knight, having been convicted of a crime punishable by a term of imprisonment exceeding one year, and knowing of that conviction, possessed a 9mm semi-automatic pistol which had been shipped and transported in interstate commerce.
